Exchange or refund store credit: We provide prepaid return labels and do not charge any restocking fees.
Return to original payment method for refund: You are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse located in Nevada or Pennsylvania and charging a 10% restocking fee.
The replenishment fee is not used for profit as it helps offset some logistics and payment processing costs. How to initiate a return or exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to [email protected] If your return results in the total value of the order falling below the qualifying threshold for any free gifts received, these gifts must also be returned.
Handling damaged or defective items
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will resend the goods, and if it is not possible to resend (for example, if the product is out of stock), we will provide a full or partial refund. Partial refunds will be issued based on the proportion of defective products in your order.
