Called the “Kiridashi”in Japanese, this traditional knife is designed for woodworking and bamboo crafting. Its single-beveled blade yields a thinner edge, enabling delicate, precise cuts. Additionally, only the beveled side needs sharpening, resulting in reduced maintenance.
